A: This usually happens when small contractors take on multiple clients at the same time to ensure that they don’t lose any potential jobs. The size of our business allows us to have a dedicated core team for each project, and the core team will not move onto another client until the project is over. This commitment ensures that your project does not incur any unnecessary delays.  

A: Yes, it is up to the client to determine with which method they prefer. We can handle and manage all materials, or the client can choose to provide us with all the materials themselves. We are flexible with both options, and we don’t pressure our clients to do something that they are not comfortable with. Our goal is to provide the client with the best renovation experience as possible.

A: We have a running list of projects scheduled. It all depends on the requirement and scope of your project. It is best to contact us directly for a more accurate view of our schedule.

A: We will never request for the full amount upfront. There will be small initial deposit to secure the construction start date, then payments will be based on major milestones. Our most common payment terms are between 3 and 4 intervals, and we don’t request the full payment of the project until we have finished everything, and you as the client are satisfied and have signed off on the final product.

A: We understand the stress of purchasing a property, and we would like to assist you in your journey of buying your dream home. We also understand that the timeline is often very tight. We will be able to provide a virtual estimate of your desired scope of work. This estimate will help you determine the general cost of the renovation, but we will still require to physically visit the property once you have taken procession to provide you with a more accurate quote.

A: Our warranty is valid for a year from the date of completion. This means the cycle starts the day you sign off that you are satisfied with the work. One year is a good timeframe to discover any potential workmanship deflects however rare it might be for us. Our goal is to make things right for the client 

A: Our quotes are usually valid for 3 months. Once we receive the deposit, the quote is locked in.
